You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with site security, scrape inventory in ways that harm our systems, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us or placing orders.

We sell collectible comic books, many of which are unique or limited-quantity items. Product descriptions, grades, photos, and metafield details are provided in good faith based on available certification and inspection.

Inventory is managed in Shopify and is generally available on a first-ordered, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable due to inventory or listing error, with a full refund.

All purchases are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Prices, taxes, shipping, and total charges are shown before you complete payment. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from Shopify.

Shipping terms are described on our Shipping page. Returns and authenticity policies are described on our Returns page. Those policies are incorporated into these terms by reference.

Collector's Quest is an optional, promotional experience on this website (currently offered as a public beta). Participation is free. No purchase is necessary to opt in, unlock issues, or complete the Beta.

If you opt in, progress (including unlocked issues, collected variants, and optional audio settings) is stored in your browser's local storage on that device only. If enabled, Quest ambient music may continue while you browse this website until paused or disabled. We do not sync Quest progress to an account during the Beta. Clearing site data or switching browsers removes that progress.

Any optional physical rewards described on the Quest page (for example an exclusive Beta Quest sticker with a future order) are promotional courtesy items, not prizes in a purchase-required sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. We may modify or end Collector's Quest at any time.

The Runs Comics branding, site content, and original materials on this website are owned by The Runs Comics or used with permission. Comic characters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective publishers and rights holders.

The website and products are provided as described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not required by applicable consumer protection laws. Collectible values can fluctuate; purchase decisions are yours as the collector.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Runs Comics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Runs Comics operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in good faith through support first.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
